The Trustees meet regularly throughout the year and receive specialist advice as required. This includes advice from investment managers, auditors, solicitors and actuaries. Details of the Trustees and their advisers are given in the Annual Report and Accounts. A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts may be held in the Resources section of this website. The Plan is governed by a Sole Trustee Board ('PAN Trustees UK LLP') who is responsible for the Plan's administration and for the investment of the contributions paid. It is its duty to ensure that your interests under the Plan are protected. Details of the Trustee and its advisers are published annually within the Trustee's Report.

The Plan's Sole Trustee Board represent the interests of all Plan members and ensure that the scheme is well run and that benefits are secure.
